NiPDi

Northern Illinois Painting and Drywall Institute (NiPDi) is an industry advancement fund dedicated to promoting the union painting and drywall industry. This organization represents over 300 union contractors doing business in 29 counties in Northern and Central Illinois. These firms vary in size from the very small with owners who "work with the tools" along with a few tradespersons, to larger companies with several employees working on numerous construction projects. NiPDi's professional union tradespersons are highly skilled and provide both the staffing and the expertise to get the job done safely and on schedule. Its purpose — along with FCAI — is to promote the finishing industry to enhance the professionalism of its members so they may provide their customers with the highest in quality customer service.

NiPDi offers social gatherings throughout the year and an annual golf outing every summer.

2008 Golf Outing

More than 90 Golfers came out to Mill Creek, in Geneva, for NiPDi’s 2008 Golf Outing in August. This year, the start time was changed to outsmart the weather. Shotgun Start was around 10:30 am — but it was still HOT! After playing a few holes, golfers were able to duck into the Clubhouse for a quick lunch and to cool off before finishing their day on the links.

A host of prizes were donated and Raffle Prizes were purchased. But the event would not have been a success without the generous support of all the Sponsors.
